Jason Ader is founder and CEO of SpringOwl Asset Management. His 25+ years in gaming and hospitality investment includes board service at Las Vegas Sands Corporation and recognition as Wall Street's top gaming analyst. He supports the foundation's mission through leadership, resources, and strategic guidance.
Legacy of Richard Ader
Richard Ader, founder of U.S. Realty Advisors, established the philanthropic values that guide the foundation today. He believed that successful business leaders have an obligation to support their communities and create opportunities for others.
